Not to mention the fact, when they stepped off the elevator, not knowing I was going to be standing at my door to greet them, the first thing I noticed were their smiles. I was so stressed out over the whole removal process, but the two of them made it so easy. They were so kind and considerate, and very conscientious of, not only my home, but the building in which I live in. Just as it says, literally you point, and they take it away. I feel like an idiot for falling for it because the guys were super nice, so I trusted them. If they had told me it was only half, I would have said no and just paid for a dumpster. They should be able to tell you, based on their experience, what will actually fit. While they tell you pricing is based on the truck, not the stuff, they shouldn’t walk around looking at exactly what you want them to take, and then tell you it will be one truck. They took HALF of what I pointed out, and it didn’t seem like they were trying to be efficient with the space in the truck- just tossing it in. That is about $200 more than I was expecting based on everything I read online, but for the amount of stuff and the convenience of not having to do it all myself, I figured it was worth it. Then they said it would be one truck for $750. They took pictures to make sure they wouldn’t miss anything. They walked around with me beforehand and asked me to point out everything I wanted them to take. Give them a pass because they don’t care about anything but the big bucks they might get somewhere before you and will put someone else in front of you to do it. I would never recommend this bunch of shallow men. My advice is find someone else who appreciates your business. I was taught to do the right thing by everyone and expect to be treated that way. No wonder our country is going down hill. Anyone who would do a widow woman who is 75 this way has very little going for them except their deceitfulness and self-centeredness. Just because you see a good review remember it could be one of their friends writing it or they themselves giving them a void review. Now all my trash is sitting in my living room and kitchen too heavy for me to lift and deal with. I have found out that they treat people this way. I said forget it and had a lot more to say. They wanted me to wait from this date of Thursday until Monday. I waited and waited and finally called to find out that they had handled a bigger job and now did not have room for my things. They called and said they would be on the 2 30 side which I didn’t like since I had been gathering my things all morning and I am 75 years old. I scheduled a pickup for 12:30-2 30 window. Do not waste your time with these people.
